Founded by Tufan and Ozden Acar,

"Tufan Acar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a project manager with over 30 years of experience. He has earned a Construction Quality Management Certification from USACE and a Project Management Academy Certification from the City of San Diego. He has extensive experience in US and NATO military bases. His expertise spans projects across the USA, Asia, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Executed greenfield manufacturing facility investments in Pakistan (FY 2018, $24M), Egypt (FY2016-2017, $44M), and Nigeria (FY2015, $33M). Delivered mobilization and site security of a new U.S. Embassy construction at Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea. Mobilized and secured a new U.S. Embassy construction site in Kabul, Afghanistan. Project execution of NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) construction projects at the Kandahar Air Field (KAF) and International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) HQ in Kabul."
